I have a strong sports background, having worked in sports coaching for Gymnastics, Parkour and been an activity instructor within a school. As well as this, I’m a recent graduate of the University of Kent gaining a first-class degree in Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation, and have developed my specialist interest in sports injury rehabilitation, including one on one personal training for rehabilitation purposes. With my detailed understanding of the sports environment, I provide both specialist injury rehab plans and general sports massage within the practice.
