Our Sports Biomechanical Assessment involves a number of different active tests to check your ability to control and coordinate your body when performing explosive movements, as well as providing an indication on flexibility and core strength.
Following the assessment all of the results are displayed in a two page summary, including pictures of the tests to allow you to review the issues identified. A third page provides an in depth report, allowing you to focus your training to help eliminate any poor control or faulty movement that may have been found. Exercise sheets and training advice can also be provided to help you correct these faults.
By identifying areas of poor control, strength, flexibility or dysfunction you’re able to focus your training more effectively. The aim of this is to reduce your potential for injury and keep you active in your sport with less time out.
